Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry. The details you type into a form on this site — typically your name, phone number, email address, location and information about your property or electricity bill. We collect this only because you chose to send it.
When you browse. Standard analytics data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, how you arrived, and how long you stayed. This is collected using cookies. It does not tell us who you are.
We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To carry out a site assessment and, if you proceed, an installation
- To assist with subsidy and net-metering paperwork, which requires sharing details with government portals and your electricity distribution company
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where the work requires it:
- Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to our email
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics
- Government portals and DISCOMs — only where you have asked us to handle a subsidy or net-metering application on your behalf
- Where the law requires it
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can answer follow-up questions and honour warranty obligations. Installation records are kept longer where warranty or statutory requirements apply. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email archerrenewable@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting data may mean we can no longer support an ongoing installation or subsidy claim.
